Each year we employ a number of Part 1 Architectural Assistants on a 1-year placement.
The feedback we receive each year is that the experience gained by each individual is hugely valuable. We mentor and train while also providing opportunities for individuals to develop their design skills and gain experience across a wide range of work stages.
