Ailsa is our Marchvellous Employee

Here at BrightSPACE, we have an amazing team of people. We think this is worth celebrating each month, giving us an opportunity to focus on and reward the achievements of individuals whos' contributions help the practice go from strength to strength.

This month we are delighted to announce Ailsa Campbell as our most MARCHVELLOUS employee.

Ailsa is one of our qualified architects, in fact, she is our most recently qualified architect but can now boast to having 18months under her belt as a fully fledged architect. Diligent and thorough in her approach her abilities continue to impress us and she is tackling projects with the mindset of someone with much more experience. Working across a wide range of projects and sectors simultaneously is always complex and Ailsa has risen to the challenge successfully delivering a high standard of work.   

Having proved her abilities over the last few years since joining BrightSPACE, Ailsa is often tasked with some of our more challenging projects, she deals with these admirably, bringing enthusiasm, passion, design skills and an exceptional personability with our clients. 

That human factor extends to her relationships within the office too. She was instrumental in coordinating and establishing our in-house mentoring of our yearly cohort of part 1 students, offering her time and knowledge to tutor these guys through their first year in industry. Previously a host to our staff meetings her engaging personality and humor have proven crucial in teasing involvement from all staff members.
