Here at BSA, we are firm believers in pushing the use of innovative and emerging technologies to aid in the design and delivery of our work – from working on models in Revit to using Virtual Reality to help secure planning, we like to offer unique methods of communicating our work in an effective and efficient manner.
Find out how we are using emerging technologies and efficient programmes in practice by pushing the use of 3D design and BIM throughout our projects.
Take a look at how we are currently implementing Virtual Reality as a valuable service during the design and delivery stages of our projects.
Through the use of BIM and digital models, we can develop the optimum volumetric massing within the context of the site and its specific constraints and opportunities.
While we work a lot with digital models throughout the lifespan of a project, we also understand the value of physical models in providing a user-friendly and readily understandable experience.
Drones allow us to capture high quality, aerial imagery to aid in the design process and provide the context for visualisations.
Through collaborating with other professions and utilising the skills of our staff, we are able to offer slick presentations that communicate our architectural vision via a full range of effective communication techniques.
