Congratulations, Charlotte!

Here at BrightSPACE, we have an amazing team of people. We think this is worth celebrating each month, giving us an opportunity to focus on and reward the achievements of individuals whos' contributions help the practice go from strength to strength.

This month, we are delighted to announce Charlotte Earnshaw as our most JANTASTIC employee.

Charlotte joined us last year fresh from some incredible university project work at Oxford Brookes. Even within her first few days, we knew we had recruited well and that she would excel in the work environment. Charlotte has proved this to be the case.

She has been instrumental in the early stage development across a wide number of projects. Quickly getting to grips with a brief definition and concept development. With creative problem solving and design skills it has been impressive to see what she has been able to achieve.

Most recently she has been proving her ability to adapt and flex under pressure, she has been working with our senior designers on multiple projects working to tight deadlines. Whether it is a complex housing layout or a 22 storey tower in the heart of an urban centre she always delivers and somehow manages to maintain her cheerful and happy demeanor.

Organised, friendly and enthusiastic Charlotte runs our Thursday staff meetings calmly convincing (tricking) others into presenting their work to the office and to top it all off she has recently taken on the role of our social secretary, we are all excited to find out about the next office adventure she has planned.

So thank you Charlotte for your hard work and commitment to the practice. We hope you enjoy a special treat from us.
