Overview Details Croft Lane, Crondall Crondall, Hampshire A traditional residential development in the centre of Crondall village, within the Hart District Conservation Area. The proposal is for a mix of 14 detached and semi-detached houses and flats arranged around a wildflower meadow, adjacent to the Old Parsonage (Listed Building) and opposite the village school. Crondall is a characteristic village and the sensitive nature of the site location prompted an early involvement of the local authority, residents and neighbours in the design process. The architecture of the dwellings was heavily influenced by the local vernacular so they would be in-keeping with the existing “Crondall-style” and character of the Conservation Area – one of the key criteria of the development.
