Overview Details North Dorset Development North Dorset This proposed development is situated to the edge of a North Dorset village with sensitivities including boundaries to the village Conservation Area and the Dorset AONB. It forms the second phase of development to a previously completed residential scheme within the village. BrightSpace was commissioned to provide an initial layout for an Outline Planning application, with all matters reserved apart from the access, which has been maintained through the phase 1 development. This allows the principle of development to be agreed prior to progressing the detail of the design. The initial layout and site analysis also allows the land to be tested, giving early stage indications of densities and amenity provision.
