The keys were officially handed over to housing providers, Radian who are letting the units under their SMART brand. Duncan Johnston, Development Director of Bournemouth Development Company said:
"We are very proud of what we have delivered at Berry Court. This has been a prime example of true teamwork from the early inception of the design team through to building the partnership with Radian and, finally, delivery through the contractor."
