BrightSPACE are looking for a Senior Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our passionate and vibrant team in the New Forest, Hampshire.
 
We are keen to speak with an enthusiastic and creative Architect who is wanting to take on an integral leading role within our practice and get involved in current projects and an exciting pipeline of work. Our residential projects range from multi-storey urban regen projects, later-living developments to strategic land masterplanning, and private luxury housing, as well as other sectors. We enjoy all aspects of the delivery journey from inception to completion and strive to achieve high quality, creative and commercially driven solutions.
 
Key responsibilities include:
-  Managing our project teams together with project programming and fee management.
-  Managing and leading Consultant Design Teams.
-  Act as main Client Interface on behalf of BrightSpace.
- Delivering projects from inception to completion.
 
Excellent communication skills and the ability to express ideas effectively are required together with a creative approach, an eye for detail, and a willingness to support the team. Proficiency in Autocad and Revit is essential for this role with experience in SketchUp and InDesign desirable.
