Part I Architectural Assistant

BrightSPACE are looking to welcome a Part I Architectural Assistant to our team for a 1-year contract who has a passion for architecture and its technical delivery.

We are an award-winning enthusiastic and creative architectural studio based on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire. As a new member of our team you will be exposed to a broad range of projects and you will never be fixed on just one sector. Instead, you will find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Education projects and will benefit from our collaborative and dynamic office.

We foster a culture of personal development, and we will give you the opportunity to contribute to design development and advance your technical abilities by working with project teams throughout the RIBA stages of work.

Key skills

• ARB recognised Part 1 qualification in Architecture.
• Experience of AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
• Experience of Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up and Lumion and would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An enthusiastic proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good time management, planning and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to share ideas verbally and through design.
